Our Story

AAACACIA CAPITAL LLC is an energy investment institution registered in the United States. Leveraging the industrial resources and global network of the Nasdaq-listed company CNEY, it focuses on investments in oil and gas assets, crude oil trading, energy infrastructure, and energy technology.

Market Reach

Canada's Cold Lake Oil Sands—among Earth's largest heavy oil reserves.

We track the numbers that matter across the full energy value chain, from upstream to downstream.

Geological reserves

The geological reserves amount to approximately 201 billion barrels.

Dual-track Parallel Operation

Rehabilitation of old wells + Development of new wells

Rehabilitation of old wells + Development of new wells: Dual-track parallel operation.

20-23 Meters Thick

Scarce thick oil-bearing layer structure

The Lenghu Oilfield has an extremely rare thick oil layer structure, with a total of five oil layers developed: the northern CLWT oil layer is 23 meters thick, and the southern CLNY oil layer is over 20 meters thick. This "string of sugar-coated haws" type of stacked oil layers is extremely rare in Canada and provides a natural guarantee for long-term stable production.

100%

Real cash flow loop

The crude oil produced by the underlying oil wells of the fund is 100% sold through the wholly-owned subsidiary of CNEY, namely Blessing Logistics Ltd. This enables a complete cash flow loop from the oil wells to the export of crude oil, with a clear and traceable financial path.

Midstream energy infrastructure

Extremely Long-term Stable Production Capacity

LeGoff 12-31 has produced steadily for over 14 years—35 barrels a day, 250,000 barrels total. That’s a production curve rivaling major Middle Eastern fields. Meanwhile, typical Canadian wells deplete within 3 years.
